  • Construction of 6.8m and 7.5m deep basement in a top down manner, using 600mm and 450mm diameter contiguous and temporary / permanent piles

  • Design and installation of all temporary works schemes including façade retention, temporary steel propping and bored piles to build new basement 

  • Demolition / rebuilding of reinforced concrete stair core while retaining existing structure
