Toureen win THREE International Green Apple Environment Awards

Toureen have won THREE International Green Apple Environment Awards in the campaign to find the greenest companies. 

These have been awarded to Toureen Retail - for their work building and transforming petrol stations into the EV charging stations, Toureen’s demolition division Tilley & Barrett – for their ongoing sustainability initiatives and drive towards being net zero, and Toureen Remediation - for their work at River Academy, transforming a landfill to enable the development of a new Academy.

This is the second year in a row that Toureen have been awarded three Green Apple Awards. We are delighted with this achievement and to be recgonised for our on-going drive towards net zero and the sustainability initiatives we have put in place. Congratulations to our project teams and divisions, and our amazing sustainability team for all their hard work.

The Green Apple Awards are run by The Green Organisation - an international, independent, non-profit, non-political environment group that began in 1994 to recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world.

The International Green Apple Awards will be presented at the Houses of Parliament in November.
